A few weeks ago I posted a tour of Asa's nursery and wanted to update you on the latest additions to his room! Each of these items has a special significance and I have been really looking forward to sharing them!
The deer pillow is a DIY project that I put together around a week before Asa's birth. It was a pretty simple project, I just used a stencil, and three different paint colors. I think it turned out great!
We were incredibly blessed by Josh's mother who made Asa a beautiful cross-stitch. We are so thankful for the time and care that went into this beautiful addition! Make sure you check out the details and the bible verse at the bottom.
The deer antlers come from Asa's grandfather and my father. I didn't plan on having multiple deer pieces in the room but it ended up happening and I am not sad about it at all! I bet my dad hopes that the antlers will give Asa an early start on beginning a life as a hunter.
Thanks for checking out the additions! It is so fun to decorate and spend time in our little boy's room. I really love watching it grow and evolve.
